Our P&C manages a number of businesses to service our school community and generate funds for projects. Our primary businesses are the Tuckshop and the Uniform shop.

We coordinate a number of events throughout the year to bring our school community together and help promote a fun and engaging environment for our kids.

Our tuckshop was comprehensively remodelled in 2012 and is open for first and second breaks on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
It is run by our awesome Convenor Sally and a team of fantastic volunteers.

Follow the Chapel Hill State School Tuckshop page to receive regular updates and news from the tuckshop.
Our tuckshop menu is constantly being improved to provide healthy options for our student community.

We serve a range of sandwiches, home made pizza, pasta pots, sushi and vietnamese rolls (Thursday only), salad boxes, snacks, frozen treats and drinks.  Gluten free options are also available.

Check out our full menu for all the available options.
How to Order
Please remember that orders need to be placed by 8:30 am

Note: Sushi is only available on Thursdays, and orders must be placed online by 10:00 am  the day before.

Online Ordering
More and more parents are choosing to place orders online. This can be done through Flexischools at www.flexischools.com.au

The Tuckshop could not function without the contribution of parents willing to volunteer their time to prepare meals for our children.

A shift in the Tuckshop is a great way to meet other parents and share information.

Volunteers should view the new induction pack and 30 minute video (from Food Standards Australia New Zealand):

If you would like to volunteer please see Sally in the tuckshop or email chapelhilltuckshop@gmail.com

Volunteering in the tuckshop could be lunch preparation Wednesday to Friday, home baking or food preparation (afternoons before school pick-up).

How the School Banking program helps the students and the school
School Banking is a fun, interactive and engaging way for students to learn about money and develop good savings habits. Children who deposit money into their Youthsaver account through School Banking earn Dollarmites tokens, which they can save up and redeem for exciting rewards.

It is also a great fundraiser for our school. Our school receives $5 when a student makes their first ever School Banking deposit and 5% on every deposit made through the school (to a maximum of $10 per individual deposit).

Getting involved in School Banking is easy!
All you need to get involved in the School Banking program is a Commonwealth Bank Youthsaver account. You can open an account for your child in one of two ways:
  1. Online: visit commbank.com.au/schoolbanking and click on the link to open a Youthsaver account.
  2. In branch: visit a Commonwealth Bank branch with identification for yourself and your child, like a driver’s licence and birth certificate.

If your child has an existing Commonwealth Bank Youthsaver account they can start banking straight away. They just need to bring their deposit in every week on School Banking day using their Dollarmites deposit wallet.

Visit commbank.com.au/schoolbanking to download and print this year’s Rewards Card.  There is also a fun activity sheet and a Savings Tracker your child can use to keep track of their School Banking deposits throughout the year.

If you'd like to know more about School Banking, please email jane.hallam@hotmail.com or visit commbank.com.au/schoolbanking
